In a company acquisition that was completed today, Lukkaroinen Arkkitehdit Oy, a Solwers company, has acquired the entire share capital of Arkkitehtitoimisto Sabelström Arkitektkontor Oy. The Turku-based Arkkitehtitoimisto Sabelström Arkitektkontor currently employs eight people, five of whom are architects, one interior architect and two constructions architects.
“The acquisition is part of our growth strategy, and we see it as a significant strengthening of our position, especially in Southwest Finland. Together, we can serve our customers even in demanding projects with our almost 90 experienced designers”, says Mikko Lukkaroinen, Managing Director of Lukkaroinen Arkkitehdit Oy.
Arkkitehtitoimisto Sabelström Arkitektkontor, founded in 2003, is an architecture firm that has strong experience in architectural and interior design. The core expertise of the company is the design of new buildings, renovations and alterations, and public and private interiors. In their design, they focus on harmonious, environmentally friendly solutions that stand the test of time. Arkkitehtitoimisto Sabelström Arkitektkontor has, among other things, been involved in the renovation and interior design projects of the Senaatti office buildings in Turku and the refurbishment projects of real estate owned by Stiftelsen för Åbo Akademi. The office has also been responsible for the renovation project of the Sampo building that serves as an office building for the City of Turku, the interior design of the main building of the University of Turku, the renovation projects of the protected wooden houses in the city centre, and many other private and public renovation projects.
